Hello and welcome to DarkSidersRP. We are a DarkRP GMOD server that is new. We have a respective staff team and ensure that they are qualified for their roles.

(Section A) | General Rules
A1. Random Death Match (RDM) - This is when you kill a player without any roleplay reason.
A2. New Life Rule (NLR) - If you die in a roleplay, you may not return to that same roleplay until the NLR timer is up (5 minutes from death)
A3. Disrespect (of gender, race, sex, religion etc.) - we take disrespect here very seriously, any targeted harassment or disrespect will be dealt with severe punishments up to a month ban.
A4. Metagaming - the use of any 3rd party or other means to give yourself a severe advantage over other players.
A5. Sexual RP - Sexual RP is prohibited within DSRP,
A6. Terrorist RP - Terrorist RP is prohibited within DSRP. This means the use of any explosive for the harm of the server or others.
A7. No Intent to RP (NITRP) - Coming on the server with no intent to follow the server rules or roleplay
A8. Advertising - Advertising your discord or other server is prohibited, however advertising your in game gangs, stores etc is fine.
A9. Impersonation - Impersonating a staff member is prohibited. Note: saying things such as 'you're going to get banned' WILL count as staff impersonation
A10. Hacking - Hacking is STRICTLY PROHIBITED and WILL result with a permanent ban
A11. Abuse of Role - the abuse of any in game role, whether this includes government, police or any other role in game
A12. AOS/KOS - KOS (Kill on Sight) or AOS (Arrest on Sight) may only be ordered by the Governor and nobody else.
(Section B) | Combat / Raid Rules
B1. Spawning Weapons - The only way to receive a weapon within game is to purchase it from the weapons vendor found at the spawn
B2. Raid Teams - If you're not within a raiding team then you can't raid.
B3. Raid Cooldown - You must wait 10 minutes in between each raid, and 25 minutes between raiding the same base
B4. Protests - Protests are allowed, as long as they are peaceful. If a protest gets out of hand and starts to involve violence then a staff member will get involved
B5. Announcements - in order for a raid to be legitimate, it needs to be announced at least 20 seconds before happening.
B6. NLR - Once again, just because you're raiding doesn't mean you don't need to follow the NLR. If you die during a raid you may not go and help your buddy out if the NLR timer is still on.
(Section C) | Government Rules
C1. Bases - As a government member you're not allowed to have your own base, this is because the police station will be your base.
C2. Arresting - If you arrest someone and send them to jail make sure you have a good reason why, DO NOT false or randomly arrest people.
C3. Checkpoints - You may NOT have a police checkpoint setup anywhere
C4. Searching - You are NOT allowed to randomly search people or remove their weapons. The only time you should search someone is if you're going to arrest them or they go in the police station
C5. Tool Abuse - Abusing your tools (guns, arrest baton, stun stick etc.) is strictly prohibited and will result within a removal or even a blacklist from the team
C6. Law - Make sure you actually enforce the law, you are not allowed to create your own laws.
(Section D) | Building Rules
D1. Fading Doors - A base may have a maximum of 3 fading doors within it
D2. Base restrictions - your bases may not be mazes, traps, skybases etc.
D3. Limit - You may only have 1 base
D4. Prop Abuse - Do not abuse the power to place props, this means; prop blocking, prop killing, mass prop spawning
D5. Entrances - if you have fading doors for your entrance you MUST have a keycard attached

Job Specific Rules
Law Enforcement
- Not allowed a base
- Having printers or other means to gain money are prohibited
- Using entities to block off the PD is prohibited
- Cannot random arrest
- Can't abuse tools
- Cannot establish police barriers / checkpoints
- Cannot raid another person's base
Gang Members & Leaders
- Total of 10 per gang (including gang leader)
- Cannot raid the PD
- Can have 3 bases per gang
Government Staff (Not including LEO)
- Cannot make laws or rules
- Cannot disrespect those lower than them
- Cannot 'banish' anyone from society
- Cannot hire private security
- Cannot raid banks or player's bases
